By being on social media and doomscrolling too much, we pushed our brain to be stuck in the analytical mode all the time.
This has led us to keep our mind over-active and suppress our heart.
This is why so many people (including myself) struggle even with the simplest goals that they can hit easily!
When I realised that this is what's been happening to me, I was shocked and angry.
Because it doesn't sound like a big secret. It sounds really simple and basic.
Yet we managed to mess it up.
We managed to honour the servant [logical brain]. We forgot the real king [heart].
And when the Servant started to rule the Kingdom, everything had to go to the dogs!
When your logical brain started ruling your and your life, it couldn't make decisions, or solve problems, or give you the right answers for you.
Because the logical brain operates on the information it gets from the outside world. If there's enough information, it can process it and come to an answer. But it can never "know".
All this magic is the feat of your heart. It just knows what to do, what not to do, what's good/bad for you, and how to solve any insolvable problem for you.
So now that you know where we messed up, it's time to fix it.

Within the Authority Switch Workshop, we do this step-by-step.
It's a 4 weeks process.
We assess your Current State, that is, how much control you have currently given to your logical brain.
We assess your Heart Strength, that is, how much of your gut feeling you are still in touch with.
Then we proceed with weekly steps to switch over the authority completely to the heart.
In 4 weeks, you feel more in control, you feel lighter, and you get your spark back!
